Since the inception of our company in 2022, Directors Global has been an important business partner guiding us in the development and implementation of an effective Enterprise Risk Management program. We have grown significantly ever since and our executive team has benefitted greatly from the support and expertise provided by Directors Global.

We expect to achieve better results through our work with Directors Global. With their guidance, we are building a best practices ERM program which is helping us manage our top risks and develop a risk culture.

In 2019 we engaged Directors Global Risk Consulting to help us build a world class risk framework. Over five years they worked with our executive team and board to help us implement ERM systems and develop a Risk Culture. Reflecting our joint work with Directors Global, in 2024 Algoma won the Governance Professionals of Canada award for Strategy and Risk Management.

Trisura has relied on Directors Global as a trusted partner in strengthening our enterprise-wide risk capabilities. Their deep expertise in ERM, practical guidance, and board-level training helped us embed a true risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

To ensure that our board is educated in the area of risk, we engaged Directors Global Risk Consulting. The learning sessions provided insight, tools and guidance for us to become a better board with more understanding of our role in ERM.
